I have a Brit officer's barathea service dress from Sanjay. I've spent about 6 months collecting the right regimental buttons and badges to go with it as the ones it comes with are shite. I think it looks OK but it photographs horribly - colours are all different and it looks way more shiny. The cut is good (for me, anyway) but I suspect the material is a wool synthetic mix. I'll bring it along to a game sometime.

It was the barathea i was wondering on. Took me ages to decipher that he did that on the scrambly WWII bit that I didn't look at what else was kicking around.

Given what i had heard about battle dress I was a little dubious. Cheers for the in the know and all.

My chindit kit is probably going up for sale in the next week or so if you're interested?

I'm 6 foot 2 and medium build, hat size about 60...

It rarely gets used and I'm leaving the re-enactment group i use it with as I've simply not got the time to commit to their events calendar and co-run PBI and my Djing.

Yeah I guess so its just with leaving the far east group and a far east game not on the cards for some time i cant see it ever getting used much.

Only cost me about 90 quid for it all anyway...

Moving house so ideal time to bin surplus kit, i'll have a think about it.
